Bella Terra Landscapes was formed in 2006 by Marie V. Alessio, along with General Manager, Ron Poncin. Prior to the formation of Bella Terra Landscapes we operated under the name of Total Lawn Care since the 1980’s. Total Lawn Care specialized in commercial properties including HOAS, apartment complexes, and mixed-use developments. Our years of experience are enhanced by the fact that Ron grew up in North Central Iowa on a grain and livestock farm. His knowledge and dedication has resulted in new business from many customer referrals.
